Arranging photography at short notice, during a difficult time, can feel like one more thing to manage. I've tried to make this as simple as possible. Here's what to expect from the moment you get in touch

STEP 1: GET IN TOUCH

Call, WhatsApp, or fill in the contact form whichever feels easier. I aim to respond within a few hours.

We'll have a brief conversation about the date, the type of service, and what coverage feels right for your family. There's no obligation at this stage, and no question is too small.

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE

Based on our conversation, we'll agree on the right level of coverage. If you're unsure, the Family Day package covers most services comfortably — it includes pre-ceremony, the service itself, and the wake, across up to two locations.

In the days leading up to the funeral, you're welcome to be in touch as often as you like by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

STEP 3: THE DAY ITSELF

I arrive early and set up quietly before guests arrive. I work in the background throughout you won't need to manage or direct me. My goal is to capture the moments that matter without drawing attention to myself or interrupting the service.

I document the day from arrival to close: the gathering of guests, the service, the graveside or committal, and the wake. I also capture the details, flowers, the order of service, personal touches that meant something to your loved one.

STEP 4: YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

Within one week of the service, your edited photographs are delivered to a private, password-protected online gallery. You can view, download, and share the link with family and friends as many times as you like — there's no limit and no watermarks.

  • I focus on key moments such as the arrival of guests, the service, the eulogies, the interment or cremation, and the gathering afterwards. I also capture details like floral tributes, the order of service, and any personal touches that were important to your loved one. My aim is to tell the story of the day in a way that reflects the significance of the occasion.

  • For privacy and security, I do not make funeral photos publicly available online. You will receive a private, password-protected gallery where you can view and download the images. This ensures that only those you choose to share the link with can access the photos.

  • I understand the importance of receiving these photos in a timely manner. Typically, you can expect to receive your images within a week . However, I always strive to accommodate special requests if you need the photos sooner.
